DRKRM WORKSHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS
EDUCATION AND REFUND POLICIES
Registration: Workshops are scheduled in advance. Overflow for popular workshops may occur and additional workshops may be added. Please check our website www.drkrm.com or contact drkrm for up to date workshop information. Detailed workshop descriptions and fees can be found on our website. We recommended that you read through the workshop descriptions carefully before registering and contact drkrm for advisement should you have any questions. Please note that workshops are for learning a photographic process or technique, not building an artwork portfolio.
Registering in advance is suggested as many of the workshops fill quickly. Please register online at www.drkrm.com to secure a place. drkrm accepts Paypal for payment of workshop fees. All participants must pay in full at the time of registration. drkrm does not guarantee placement in a workshop until payment is received in full and if a spot is available.
Wait-List: If your desired workshop is full, you can send us a request to be added to the wait-list in the event an opening becomes available. Please email your request to info@drkrm.com and include your contact details (name, phone, and email address) and the title of the workshop you are interested in. Wait-list priority is given on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Participant Cancellations or Withdrawals: In the event a participant must cancel their registration for a workshop, they may do so any time before and up to 14 calendar days prior to the workshop, and will receive a 100% refund of workshop cost plus any material fees.
In the event a participant must cancel attendance from a workshop within 14 calendar days prior to the start of the workshop, this will be considered a withdrawal. The workshop costs and materials fees are not refundable but can be used within 90 days as credit toward another workshop where enrollment is available. Please provide us with as much advanced notice as possible for consideration. Beyond this, drkrm cannot be held responsible for any cancellations outside of drkrm’s control.
drkrm Cancellations: There are situations that arise in which a workshop may need to be cancelled. In the event of a cancellation, participants will be notified as soon as possible. Participants are entitled to a full refund for the workshop cost and materials fee.
drkrm is not responsible for any non-refundable travel costs (such as airfare, train tickets or accommodation costs). We would advise you to consider purchasing travel insurance.
Workshop Absence: Due to the nature of our workshops, we cannot offer makeup sessions outside of workshop time or in future workshops. Instructors are not required to bring participants up to date during scheduled workshop time for missed days or lateness.

LIABILITY WAIVER
I understand that by participating in a workshop:
I agree to take full responsibility for any damage, loss or theft incurred to personal property that I bring into drkrm.
I understand that all storage of personal property, either brought in from the outside or created at drkrm is my exclusive responsibility.
I agree to take full responsibility for any injuries, risks, damages, known or unknown for bodily and/or personal property that I may sustain as a result of participating in a workshop or use of equipment owned by drkrm and its facilities.
I agree I am voluntarily participating in these workshops and assume all risks. I hereby release drkrm, its employees, staff, instructors, volunteers, owners, and representatives, as well as, all facilities where these activities occur for any claim that I, my heirs, or legal representatives may have for any damage, damages, injuries, known or unknown, incurred bodily and/or/to personal property.
